Strange Burned DVD Problems

I recently authored a Multisession DVD using my Lite-On DVDRW SOHW-1693S with the latest Nero under Win2K. When I attempt to open the disc on the same machine under Vista, 9 times out of 10, it will cause explorer to crash. In addition, the disc volume information will report that there is 0.0 MB Free Space and 1.96 MB of Used Space. There are several gigabytes of data on the disc. Any ideas?
ECS 755-A2 Athlon64 2800+ Drive is a slave on Secondary PIDE 1GB Ram
PS: After Vista installation, my hard drives were not given their proper drive names. Drive F: was labled as E:, etc.

Nero sux. Really. I'm serious.
